We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our pool construction team as a Field Operations Foreman. As the Field Operations Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of our construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all aspects of pool construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established standards and timelines. This position requires strong leadership skills, communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and hands-on experience in pool construction.


Project Oversight:

  • Supervise and lead the on-site construction team, ensuring that work is carried out in compliance with project plans, specifications, and local regulations.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and safety standards.


Project Coordination:

  • Oversee multiple job sites, coordinating activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

  • Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements and allocate resources accordingly.


Team Leadership and Management:

  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule work activities and allocate resources effectively.

  • Provide mentorship guidance, support, and training to 2-4 construction crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment; while pushing results.


Communication and Customer Interaction:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the construction team and clients. Ensure clear and regular (daily) communication to update clients on project progress, timelines, and any potential disruptions.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and requests, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.


Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in pool construction.

  • Identify and address any deviations from project specifications promptly.


Safety Compliance:

  • Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.

  • Conduct regular safety meetings and audits to maintain a safe working environment.


Resource Management:

  • Manage equipment and material resources efficiently to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.

  • Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment of supplies.


Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures:

  • Follow established standard operating procedures outlined in the company handbook.

  • Ensure team members are trained and compliant with all applicable procedures.



  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Hands-on experience with skid loaders and mini excavators for excavation and construction tasks

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

  • Familiarity with pool construction industry trends and best practices

  • Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including extended hours as needed

  • Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and perform various manual tasks

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Additional certifications in construction management or a related field are a plus

This position is primarily field-based, requiring daily presence on construction sites, managing multiple locations simultaneously. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and be able to travel between job sites as needed.
